Restoring a love of life to the dejected by helping them to adopt a positive attitude whatever they are going through;
This is both a practical book (I give simple advice that anyone can understand) and a record of personal experiences;
Strengths: sincerity, personal experience;
The target audience is all readers, men and women, young or not so young, who have become dejected and cannot find the strength to bounce back, or quite simply can no longer greet life with a smile;
It deals with an eclectic range of subjects such as stress, weight problems, friendship, amorous relationships and the family...,
subjects that all human beings have to face, and then describes how to deal with them in a positive light.
Rosalyn Gaon was born on 10 July 1988 in Geneva, to an Egyptian father and an Argentine mother. After completing her studies in psychology, she worked in communication.
With her deep feeling for others, she soon developed a profound interest in human relations and personal development.
She has been an indefatigable globe-trotter from a very early age and has already travelled to many places, including Israel, China, Brazil, Italy, the Bahamas, England, Mexico and the United States,
and has an enormous love for New York. .
This little book, her first publication, is based on personal experiences that always lead to positive reflections, revealing an unusual level of sensitivity. It deals with such universal themes as love, friendship, weight problems and stress, which everyone has to face one day. The author displays a quiet humour, emphasising the need to avoid dwelling on failure, conserving the life spirit that helps us to bounce back and keep going forward.
